Enchilada:
Corn tortilla rolled, stuffed with choice of filling, and topped with melted cheese.
Chalupa:
Deep fried flour tortilla shaped like a taco, filled with meat, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
Chimichanga:
Flour tortilla filled with chicken or beef, deep fried, served with sour cream and guacamole.
Taco:
Seasoned beef served in a crisp corn tortilla, topped with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
Tamale:
Corn masa (dough) filled with pork, wrapped in a corn husk and steamed. Served with a mild salsa and melted cheese.
Picadillo:
Shredded beef seasoned lightly with spices.
Tortilla:
